If you are unable to find what you are looking for by browsing the digitized materials, we invite you to visit our reading room in person (located on the first floor of the building next to the street), where you can order and look through the desired collections. Visitors are welcome on Mondays–Thursdays from 9:00–12:00 and 13:00–16:00; and on Fridays from 9:00–14:30.

If you have in your possession song notebooks or other types of old manuscripts or folksongs, instrumental music or religious hymns recorded on magnetic tapes or audio cassettes, as well as any photographs or video recordings of weddings, baptisms, funerals, or birthday celebrations we kindly ask you to bring them to the Lithuanian Folklore Archives. Here your materials will be registered and digitized, safeguarded for future generations, and used for scholarly research.
